Greetings! I am a learning and development professional, and my goal is to provide training solutions for organizations. My business is Heinrich Training & Consulting. I have extensive expertise designing educational experiences for all kinds of learners, from young children to adult learners. My experience also includes creating data presentations for stakeholders, managing test administration at a school district, and creating instructor led trainings and eLearning modules for staff and volunteers.

I have a Instructional Design Certification from ATD as well as M.S.Ed. in Technology and Organizational Leadership from Bank Street School of Education in conjunction with the New School in New York City.
